Urban planning reform: a portal on draft law No. 5655 launched in Ukraine

A portal on urban planning reform has been launched in Ukraine, providing an overview of the reform concept, video discussions and answers to the most frequently asked questions.

The portal contains information about the draft law No. 5655, as well as the main “myths” about the document and answers. It also provides an opportunity for visitors to ask questions about the reform and get feedback.

It should be noted that on December 13, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the draft law No. 5655, which launches a comprehensive urban planning reform. In particular, it provides for maximum digitalization of documents and processes, automation of many procedures and increased responsibility for illegal actions.

The architecture of the urban planning reform was developed in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the USAID / UK aid Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services / TAPAS Project.
