Good afternoon, distinguished colleagues, fellow Ukrainians.
I congratulate all our citizens on the Constitution Day of Ukraine.
Today we are fighting against the russian aggressor, defending not only our land, but also our rights, freedoms, dreams and values.
All that is enshrined in our Constitution. Our European choice, our democratic system, our right to live and raise our children on our native Ukrainian land.
I thank everyone who stood up to defend our freedom and independence.

Today, we are devoting all our efforts, resources and energy to Ukraine's victory. We are doing everything possible for this.
Thanks to the dedicated work of the Ukrainian team under the leadership of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, June was full of important victories for our country.
In many ways, this month was momentous.
The Global Peace Summit took place in Switzerland, with more than 100 countries and international organisations participating. There were representatives from all parts of the world.
Agreements were reached on three important points of the Ukrainian Peace Formula: nuclear security, food security, the exchange of all prisoners of war and the return of all civilians.
In parallel with our peace initiatives, we are strengthening cooperation with our partners, because only a strong coalition is our guarantee of victory.
Ukraine has already signed 20 security agreements with its allies, including the EU and the U.S. This is a unique story that opens up new opportunities for defence cooperation and provides a basis for our future security in peacetime.
Under these agreements, over the next 4 years, our partners plan to provide Ukraine with total military support worth USD 60 billion annually.

This month, we also have crucial achievements for our economic and financial resilience.
This year, Ukraine will receive an additional USD 50 billion from our allies through the use of proceeds from russian sovereign assets frozen in the West.
The relevant decision was made at the G7 summit.
This is a victorious, but still interim step for us.
We will work to confiscate all seized russian sovereign assets and assets of russian oligarchs who support this aggression.
In addition to the decision on the additional USD 50 billion, we have three other key agreements in the financial sphere.
First. Ukraine and the United States signed an agreement that will allow our country to receive almost USD 7.9 billion in financial support this year.
Second. Ukraine has also inked an agreement with the EU to raise funding under the Ukraine Facility for the next 4 years.
Yesterday we received EUR 1.9 billion from our European partners under this programme.
Third. The IMF Board of Governors will meet today. We expect that Ukraine will receive USD 2.2 billion as a result of this meeting. For the first time in history, our country has already undergone four reviews under one programme with the IMF.
Thanks to all these agreements with the EU, the IMF, the U.S., the World Bank, the G7 countries and our other allies, the Government of Ukraine clearly understands how we will finance the budget deficit not only this year but the next year as well.
We have a clear understanding of how we will finance social programmes and other critical expenditures.
It is difficult to overestimate the importance of these decisions and agreements for the stability of our financial system and further economic recovery.
After all, a strong economy is the basis for a strong army and our victory.
This month, the Ukraine Recovery Conference was held in Berlin.
More than 100 international agreements worth about EUR 16 billion were signed.
These include projects in the energy sector, defence industry, and the restoration of social and critical infrastructure. In particular, our partners will provide more than USD 1 billion to restore and reinforce our energy system alone.
However, one of the key focuses of the conference was new programmes to support Ukrainian business, new investment projects and steps to restore the Ukrainian economy. Despite the war, Ukraine is attracting international investment, and we can see that there will be more of it.

Another historic event this month is, no doubt, the official start of negotiations on Ukraine's accession to the European Union.
On 25 June, the first EU-Ukraine Intergovernmental Conference took place. Our partners recognise that Ukraine has demonstrated unprecedented momentum in implementing key reforms.
We expect that the European Commission will start bilateral meetings next month, during which Ukraine will present the progress of approximation of national legislation to EU legislation in each negotiated section.
Our goal is to complete the negotiation process and become an EU member as soon as possible.

Despite all the challenges, difficulties and pain that our country is experiencing these days, we continue our path to victory and a just peace.
The events of this month prove that we have the strength and support to achieve our goal.
I thank everyone who is defending our country.
I thank everyone who fights, who does not give up and works for a strong, free and European Ukraine.
Thank you for your attention.
Glory to Ukraine.
