Distinguished colleagues, fellow Ukrainians.
We hereby begin a regular meeting of the Government.
We keep building up our economy step by step, as it is the Ukrainian economy that finances our army and defence capability.
In the first 2 months of this year, the general fund of the state budget received UAH 305 billion. This includes taxes and fees, as well as grants from partners.
Meanwhile, our expenditures for these two months from the general fund of the state budget alone amounted to UAH 424 billion.
That is, despite the fact that we have significantly increased our financial resilience over the past two years, we still need budget support from our allies.
Therefore, first of all, I would like to thank our international partners who have provided financial support and continue to support Ukraine.

In parallel, we understand the need to further strengthen our economic sustainability.
Therefore, the Government's agenda constantly includes new and updated programmes to support businesses, as they form the basis for a strong economy.
Today we pass a decision to launch two more new industrial parks.
The first one is located in the Rivne region. It is an industrial park specialising in industrial processing. It is expected that 1,400 jobs will be created and investments worth more than UAH 1 billion will be made.
The second industrial park will locate in the Lviv region. It will specialise in the processing industry with a special focus on furniture production. Investments are more than UAH 2 billion. More than 2,000 new workplaces are expected to be created.
Over the past six months, the Government has seen progress in the creation of new industrial parks. This year, the state budget envisages UAH 1 billion for their development.
In addition, we continue to improve the conditions for large investment projects.
Today we are to adopt a document that allows investors to receive compensation for the engineering and transport infrastructure they have built.
That is, if an investor has built a road, installed water, gas or electricity connections to its plant or other investment object, the state will compensate him/her for these costs.
Apart from that, investors will now have the opportunity to receive compensation for their expenses for connecting to engineering and transport networks.
We talked about this with businesses. This is a very important and principled story. This will bring additional investments and new large projects to our economy.
Today we also expand our programme of support for Ukrainian farmers.
Small farms in the de-occupied territories and farmers in communities affected by hostilities will have access to UAH 8,000 per hectare of their cultivated land. The maximum area is up to 120 hectares.
This money will help with sowing and then harvesting. It is crucial for us to support farmers in the de-occupied territories.

A strong economy is also needed to support social spending and programmes.
In January and February of this year, over UAH 75 billion was allocated from the state budget for social payments.
This include in particular:
At the same time, we are rolling out new projects in the social, healthcare and veterans' sectors.
Today, we pass a procedure for the use of funds for medical care and social rehabilitation of military personnel in the Feofaniya Clinical Hospital.
The Government allocates UAH 200 million for the purchase of medicines and medical supplies so that our soldiers could receive quality care in Feofaniya.
We also have another decision on the agenda concerning the National Military Memorial Cemetery.
We approve a document that clearly specifies the location of the National Military Memorial Cemetery on two plots in the Gatnenska community of Fastiv district, Kyiv region.
The creation of such a cemetery is of great importance for our country, and therefore it is in the focus of our Government's attention.
We must always remember those who sacrificed their lives for Ukraine in the war for our freedom and independence.
Eternal glory and honour.

And finally.
Today we endorse the State Programme for the Comprehensive Development of the Ukrainian Language in All Spheres of Public Life. This is a programme for the period up to 2030.
We have specific and achievable goals. Incentives for learning and developing the Ukrainian language are key. Our goal is to ensure that as many Ukrainians as possible speak Ukrainian in Ukraine.
This is crucial for our future and our statehood.
Thank you for your attention.
Glory to Ukraine!
