The  programs for modernization of education and equipping of schools kicked off by the Government will be continued. This was stated by  Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman during the All-Ukrainian August Conference of Educators "New Ukrainian School: Start of the Reform, Participation of the Communities". The Head of Government stressed that education is one of the priority investment areas for the country.

"We will step up construction of kindergartens in order to liquidate queues. We will support construction of schools, update the system of vocational education, and this will entail modernization of training programs, and wages. Of course, the support programs will also be implemented", the Prime Minister stressed.

Volodymyr Groysman  drew attention to the fact that funds allocated by the Government for equipping the elementary school should be used for its intended purpose and he added that grades 1-4 in each school should be equipped according to a new standard.
