At the initiative of Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, mobile vaccination teams to inoculate against COVID-19 are working in the Government House on January 19.

The Prime Minister and members of the Government received a booster dose of the vaccine. Mobile teams also vaccinated all willing employees of the Cabinet of Ministers.

"This month, Ukrainians were able to get vaccinated with a booster dose of the vaccine. Today, after the meeting, members of the Government have had a shot of COVID vaccine. By our example, my ministers and I urge all Ukrainians to get immunized: both with basic two doses and an additional one," Denys Shmyhal stressed.

The Prime Minister accentuated that vaccination helps protect against COVID-19, in particular the new variant Omicron, and reduces the risk of death from the virus tenfold.
