Prime Minister got familiarized with the progress of construction of the overpass and the transport interchange on the section of the Dnipro-Reshetylivka route

On Tuesday, July 28, as part of a working trip to Poltava region, the Prime Minister got familiarized with the progress of construction of the overpass and ransport interchange at km 130 + 045 in the process of the reconstruction of the public road H-31 Dnipro - Tsarychanka - Kobeliaky - Reshetylivka (Butenky village, Kobeliaky district) in the section of km 129 + 400 - km 131 + 150.

The Prime Minister was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Strategic Industries Oleh Uruskyy, Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture Ihor Petrashko, Minister of Infrastructure Vladyslav Kryklii, Head of Poltava Regional State Administration Oleh Siniegubov.

Denys Shmyhal stressed that in total in Poltava region this year within the Presidential program "Great Construction" it is planned to repair almost 236 km of road networks.

"These are major repairs and construction of new roads. If we talk about a similar level of activities, then in 2019 it amounted to 18 km, in 2018 - 32 km, in 2017 - 44 km," noted the Prime Minister.

According to the Head of Government, at the beginning of the year it was planned that in 2020 Poltava region will receive UAH 1.3 billion for capital and current repairs of local roads. However, the Government has additionally redistributed the sum worth UAH 3.3 billion for almost 90 km of roads.

"The President has set a plan for the Government: to repair and build more roads in Poltava region than in the last ten years," said Denys Shmyhal.
