Businesses have secured over UAH 500 billion under the Affordable Loans at 5-7-9% program. This amounts to over 143,000 loans for Ukrainian entrepreneurs. Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko announced.

“The program has been in effect since 2020 and is part of the Made in Ukraine policy for the development of Ukrainian manufacturers. The ‘5-7-9%’ program’s contribution to economic growth over the years amounts to 2.7% of GDP. It is one of the key tools for entrepreneurs to access affordable credit, including during the current challenging situation in the energy sector,” said the Head of Government.

Among those who have benefited from the program is a Ukrainian woodworking company from Rivne region. Thanks to the loan, the company installed a solar power plant, modernized its production facilities, and launched a new production line.

According to Yulia Svyrydenko, the Government is constantly expanding and adapting the program to meet the current needs of manufacturers. In particular, 35% of new loans in 2026 were issued in frontline regions, which are eligible for a preferential 1% interest rate on loans for investment purposes.

At the request of businesses, the Government also increased the maximum loan amount for building private power generation facilities from 150 million to UAH 250 million. A 0% interest loan of up to UAH 10 million is also available for generators and cogeneration units.

Applications to participate in the program can be submitted through partner banks. The Government will continue to support manufacturers who create jobs, remain working in Ukraine, and help support the economy.
