During the last three days, territorial bodies and departments of the State Migration Service (SMS) throughout Ukraine have issued 15,003 ID-passports (information as of 15:00 April 21, 2019). In order to promote the free expression of the will of the citizens of Ukraine during the second round of the regular elections of the President of Ukraine, the Migration Service organized work of employees in shifts who provide the issuance of ID-passports printed and delivered to the territorial bodies and departments of the SMS. In addition, in the shift mode, the issuance of passports of a citizen of Ukraine is carried out in the centers for the administrative services provision (CASPs) and "Passport Service" centers.

In general, since 2016, more than 3.2 million ID-passports have been issued in Ukraine.
