All pensioners will receive retirement payments, change of residence during martial law will not stand in the way.

The Ministry of Social Policy underlines that for people who changed their place of residence in Ukraine during the war and received social payments through JSC "Ukrposhta", the Government has provided a special procedure for continuing these paymentsat the new place of residence.

To do this, a person must contact and notify about the change of residence in person or by phone:

pensioners - to the branches of the Pension Fund of Ukraine,

recipients of cash benefits - to the bodies of social protection.

Retirees can also apply through the personal electronic account on the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.

Such people will be provided with pensions and cash benefits through the branch of JSC Oschadbank as a money transfer without opening an account. To receive funds in the branch of JSC Oschadbank, a person must present a passport and a certificate of assignment individual tax number)
