Volodymyr Groysman: The partnership of central and local governments will be instrumental in promoting development of the country
The partnership of central and local authorities will encourage the development of the state and will strengthen the regions. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman made this statement on the air of one of the TV channels. He is convinced that such a collaborative approach will allow to implement fundamental changes initiated at the central level in regions.
"The partnership should be created. For example, we launched the Available Medicines program –more than 7 thousand pharmacies have joined the program, 8 million people receive medicines. I want each consolidated community to have an access to the said program. Who else but local authorities could help. Since 2016, we have outlined road construction as our priority. This year, for the first time in the years since independence we allocated enormous funds to road projects. I called on local authorities to show consolidated work", the Prime Minister underscored.
