As of the morning of December 1, there are no significant weather complications in Ukraine. Light precipitation is observed: rain and sleet.
Traffic on all public roads is free. Ukravtodor services are working to remove snow and clear roads.
66 settlements in 4 regions (Zakarpattia - 35, Kyiv - 16, Odesa - 14, and Chernihiv - 1) are without power supply.
Rescuers provided help in towing 4 vehicles in Zakarpattia.
