Day 458 of the russian full-scale military aggression against Ukraine continues.

The russian federation disregards its losses as it continues to wage its war of aggression. In violation of International Humanitarian Law, the enemy launches strikes and shells military and civilian targets alike.

During the day of May 27, the adversary launched 10 air strikes and around 30 MLRS attacks at the positions of Ukrainian troops and various settlements. 

The likelihood of missile and air strikes across Ukraine remains high.

The adversary continues to focus its main efforts on attempts to completely seize Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts. During the day of May 27, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 13 enemy attacks. 

Volyn, and Polissia axes: no significant changes or signs of the formation of offensive groups were found. 

Sivershchyna and Slobozhanshchyna axes: the adversary launched an air strike in the vicinity of Vovchansk (Kharkiv oblast), fired mortars and artillery at the settlements of Hremyach (Chernihiv oblast), Zarutske, Hlukhiv, Bunyakyne, Katerynivka, Obody, Myropillya (Sumy oblast), Basove, Buhaivka, Hoptivka, Lukyantsi, Zelene, Ternova, Starytsya, Ohirtseve, Hatyshche, Vovchansk, Tykhe, Khatnje (Kharkiv oblast).

Kupyansk axis: launched an air strike in the vicinity of Kyslivka (Kharkiv oblast). Kolodyazne, Krasne Pershe, Fyholivka, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Zapadne, Kyslivka, and Berestove (Kharkiv oblast) came under artillery and mortar fire.

Lyman axis: the adversary did not conduct any offensive operations during the day of May 27. Nevske, Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast), Torske, Verkhniokamyanske, and Spirne (Donetsk oblast) were shelled with artillery.

Bakhmut axis: the adversary conducted unsuccessful offensives towards Khromove during day of May 27. Vasyukivka, Pryvillya, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Hryhorivka, Bohdanivka, Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske, Stupochky, Predtechyne, and Pivnichne (Donetsk oblast) came under enemy fire.

Avdiyivka axis: the occupiers conducted offensive operations towards the settlements of Sjeverne and Pervomaiske, to no success. The invaders fired artillery at the settlements of Novokalynove, Avdiyivka, Pervomaiske, and Karlivka (Donetsk oblast).

Maryinka axis: Ukrainian defenders repelled 7 enemy attacks in the vicinity of the city of Maryinka. At the same time, Heorhiyivka, Maryinka, and Pobjeda (Donetsk oblast) were shelled by the enemy.

Shakhtarske axis: the enemy shelled the settlements of Paraskoviyivka, Novomykhailivka, Vuhledar, Novoukrainka, Prechystivka, Shakhtarske, and Velyka Novosilka.

Zaporizhzhia and Kherson axes: the adversary stays on the defensive. The invaders launched air strikes at the vicinities of settlements of Chervone (Zaporizhzhia oblast) and Zmiyivka (Kherson oblast). The adversary shelled the settlements of Vremivka, Vilne Pole, Novopil (Donetsk oblast), Olhivske, Poltavka, Hulyaipole, Charivne, Novodanylivka, Novoandriyivka, Bilohirya, Mala Tokmachka, Stepove, Kamyanske (Zaporizhzhya oblast), Sadove, Antonivka (Kherson oblast), and the city of Kherson.

In the temporarily occupied Luhansk, the russian occupiers continue to re-purpose local medical facilities to meet their needs. Recently, additional beds and equipment were brought to the Railway Hospital, where wounded invaders are undergoing treatment. In addition, the occupiers handed over maternity hospital No. 2 (Luhansk also) to PMC Wagner.

The russian invaders continue their cynical practice of illegally taking children from the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk oblast. In some settlements of Schastia district, the occupants announced the so-called vacation for schoolchildren in summer camps located in russia.

During the day of May 27, the Ukrainian Air Force launched 4 air strikes on the concentrations of troops and military equipment of the adversary, as well as 3 air strikes on the anti-aircraft missile systems. 

The Ukrainian defenders intercepted 3 enemy UAVs of various types during the day of May 27.

The Ukrainian missile and artillery troops hit 1 concentration of weapons and military equipment, 2 command posts, 2 ammunition depots, and 1 other important military facility of the adversary.
