Day 559 of the russian full-scale military aggression against Ukraine has begun.

The russian federation continues to wage its war of aggression. Despite the significant losses, russia has not abandoned its plans to fully occupy Ukrainian territory.

The enemy continues to kill civilians in Ukraine, ignore the laws and customs of war, use terror tactics, as it launches strikes and shells both military and civilian targets.

During the day of September 4, the enemy launched 6x missile and 76x air strikes, 60x MLRS attacks at the positions of Ukrainian troops and various settlements. Unfortunately, the russian terrorist attacks have killed and wounded civilians. Residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure were damaged.

The likelihood of missile and air strikes across Ukraine remains high.

During the day of September 4, there were 29x combat engagements.

Volyn and Polissya axes: no significant changes.

Sivershchyna and Slobozhanshchyna axes: the adversary fired mortars and artillery at over than 20x settlements, including Buchky, Karpovychi, Prohres (Chernihiv oblast), Druzhba, Sytne, Nova Huta, Romashkove, Buhor, Malushyne (Sumy oblast), Udy, Vovchansk, Vovchanski Khutory, Hatyshche, Ohirtseve, Vilkhuvatka, and Ternova (Kharkiv oblast).

Kupyansk axis: the adversary launched an air strike in the vicinity of Budarky (Kharkiv oblast). The invaders fired artillery at more than 15x settlements, including Fyholivka, Berestove, Dvorichna, Kindrashivka, Synkivka, Pishchane, and Kyslivka (Kharkiv oblast).

Lyman axis: the adversary conducted unsuccessful offensives in the vicinities of Novojehorivka and Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast). The invaders launched air strikes in the vicinities of Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast), Yampolivka, and Spirne (Donetsk oblast). More than 15x settlements, including Nevske, Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast), Spirne, Rozdolivka, Serebryanka, Verkhnokamyanske, Vesele, and Pereizne (Donetsk oblast), were shelled with artillery.

Bakhmut axis: the Ukrainian defenders continue to conduct offensive operations south of the city of Bakhmut, consolidating their positions. Attacks by russian troops in the area north of Klishchiivka (Donetsk oblast) were successfully repelled. The enemy launched an air strike in the vicinity of Ivanivske (Donetsk oblast). More than 15x settlements, including Minkivka, Vasyukivka, Bohdanivka, Chasiv Yar, Bila Hora, Pivnichne, Druzhba, and New York (Donetsk oblast), suffered artillery shelling.

Avdiivka axis: the adversary launched an air strike in the vicinity of Avdiivka. The enemy continues to fire artillery and mortars at various settlements, including Oleksandropil, Novokalynove, Keramik, Avdiivka, Sjeverne, Nevelske, and Pervomaiske (Donetsk oblast).

Maryinka axis: the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to hold back the russian offensive in the vicinity of Maryinka. The adversary launched an air strike near Krasnohorivka. The invaders fired artillery at the settlements of Krasnohorivka, Maryinka, Maksymilyanivka, Hostre, and Novomykhailivka (Donetsk oblast).

Shakhtarske axis: the enemy launched air strikes in the vicinities of Vuhledar Vodyane, Prechystivka, Zolota Nyva, and Urozhaine. More than 10x settlements, including Vuhledar, Vodyane, Shakhtarske, Novoukrainka, Prechystivka, Velyka Novosilka, and Urozhaine (Donetsk oblast), came under artillery shelling.

Zaporizhzhia axis: the adversary launched air strikes in the vicinities of Mala Tokmachka, Novodanylivka, Orikhiv, Preobrazhenka, Robotyne, and Stepnohirsk (Zaporizhzhia oblast). The adversary fired artillery at more than 20x settlements, including Novodarivka, Olhivske, Zaliznychne, Mala Tokmachka, Robotyne, Shcherbaky, and Kamyanske (Zaporizhzhia oblast).

Kherson axis: the enemy launched air strikes in the vicinities of Tyahynka and Molodizhne (Kherson oblast). Olhivka and Burhunka (Kherson oblast) came under artillery and mortar fire.

At the same time, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to conduct the offensive operation on Melitopol axis, consolidating their positions and conducting counter-battery fire.

During the day of September 4, Ukrainian Air Force launched 11x air strikes on the concentrations of troops, weapons, and military equipment, as well as 2x air strikes on the anti-aircraft missile systems of the adversary.

During day of September 4, the Ukrainian missile and artillery troops hit 11x artillery systems at their firing position and 4x command posts of the adversary.
