According to the Public Health Center of Ukraine, as of September 23, in Ukraine there have been officially confirmed 9,058 (849 children out of this number, 137 healthcare workers) new cases of COVID-19 infection.
The COVID-19 vaccination campaign started on February 24, 2021. Since the beginning of the immunization campaign, 11,979,985 vaccines have been made.
Since the beginning of the immunization campaign, 6,624,028 people have been vaccinated. On September 23, 2021, 153,628 people were vaccinated against COVID-19. Of this number 0 people got CoviShield vaccine, 49,051– CoronaVac vaccine, 77,124 – Comirnaty vaccine, 27,453– AstraZeneka, 0– Janssen, Moderna – 0
Vaccination was carried out by 993 mobile immunization teams, 3,057 vaccination points and 349 vaccination centers.
During the last 24 hours, there have been hospitalized 2,060 persons, 140 patients died, 2,415 persons recovered. There have been conducted 82,181 testings (40,578 using the PCR method, 10,574 using the ELISA method and research by rapid tests for antigen to SARS-CoV-2 – 31,029).
