  • Update on the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection

    According to the Public Health Center of Ukraine, as of July 15, in Ukraine, there have been officially confirmed 737 (50 children out of this number, 16 healthcare workers) new cases of COVID-19 infection.

    The COVID-19 vaccination campaign started on February 24, 2021. Since the beginning of the immunization campaign, 3 899 890 people have been vaccinated.

    Since the beginning of the immunization campaign, 2,539,636 people have been vaccinated. On July 14, 2021, 117,376 people were vaccinated against COVID-19. Of this number 0 people got CoviShield vaccine, 40,328 – CoronaVac vaccine, 65,030 – Comirnaty vaccine, 12,018 – AstraZeneka, 0 - Janssen.

    During the last 24 hours, there have been hospitalized 422 persons, 17 patients died, 616 persons recovered. There have been conducted 41,590 testings (18,276 using the PCR method, 8,942 using the ELISA method and research by rapid tests for antigen to SARS-CoV-2 – 14,372).

    During the entire pandemic in Ukraine:

    • 2,243,605 persons contracted COVID-19 infection;
    • 2,180,281 people recovered;
    • 52,702 people died;
    • 11,120,046 testings have been conducted.
