Update on the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection

According to the Public Health Center of Ukraine, as of July 11, in Ukraine there have been officially confirmed 290 (23 children out of this number, 7 healthcare workers) new cases of COVID-19 infection).

The COVID-19 vaccination campaign started on February 24, 2021. Since the beginning of the immunization campaign, 3,489,332 people have been vaccinated.

On July 10, 2021, 26,356 people were vaccinated against COVID-19. Of this number 0 people got CoviShield vaccine, 19,630 - CoronaVac vaccine, 6,476 – Comirnaty vaccine, 250 – AstraZeneka, Janssen - 0.

During the last 24 hours, there have been hospitalized 266 persons, 7 patients died, 236 persons recovered. There have been conducted 16,685 testings (9,606 using the PCR method, 1,714 using the ELISA method and research by rapid tests for antigen to SARS-CoV-2 – 5,365).

During the entire pandemic in Ukraine:

  • 2 241 217 persons contracted COVID-19 infection;
  • 2 177 529 people recovered;
  • 52,604 people died;
  • 11,042,753 testings have been conducted.
