Update on the spread and prevention of COVID-19 coronavirus infection

According to the Public Health Center of Ukraine, as of November 30, 2021 in Ukraine there have been officially confirmed 11,960 (1,088 children out of this number, 207 healthcare workers) new cases of COVID-19 infection.

The COVID-19 vaccination campaign started on February 24, 2021. Since the beginning of the immunization campaign, 24,747,760 vaccines have been made.

Since the beginning of the immunization campaign, 13,468,635 people have been vaccinated. On November 30, 2021, 233,471 people were vaccinated against COVID-19. Of this number 0 people got CoviShield vaccine, 92,271 – CoronaVac vaccine, 97,064 – Comirnaty vaccine, 22,103 – AstraZeneka, 0 – Janssen, Moderna – 22,033.

Vaccination was carried out by 1,035 mobile immunization teams, 3,244 vaccination points and 467 vaccination centers.

During the last 24 hours, there have been hospitalized 3,629 persons, 557 patients died, 26,160 persons recovered. There have been conducted 103,312 testings (48,076 using the PCR method, 9,565 using the ELISA method and research by rapid tests for antigen to SARS-CoV-2 – 45,671).

During the entire pandemic in Ukraine:

  • 3,450,341 persons contracted COVID-19 infection;
  • 2,972,192 people recovered;
  • 86,532 people died;
  • 15,917,165 testings have been conducted.
