January 21 at 15:03, in Kharkiv, in the street of Nyzhnia Hyivska, 150B, a fire broke out on the second floor in a two-storey residential building, previously converted into a home for the elderly.

At 16:14 the fire was localized on an area of 100 square meters. The bodies of 15 people were found at the scene of the blaze. 9 people were rescued - they were hospitalized.

28 rescuers and 7 units of machinery were involved in extinguishing the fire.
