According to the Public Health Center of Ukraine, as of September 21, in Ukraine there have been officially confirmed 6,754 (625 children out of this number, 125 healthcare workers) new cases of COVID-19 infection.
The COVID-19 vaccination campaign started on February 24, 2021. Since the beginning of the immunization campaign, 11,681,589 vaccines have been made.
Since the beginning of the immunization campaign, 6,435,427 people have been vaccinated. On September 21, 2021, 116,005 people were vaccinated against COVID-19. Of this number 0 people got CoviShield vaccine, 32,310 – CoronaVac vaccine, 63,357 – Comirnaty vaccine, 20,338 – AstraZeneka, 0– Janssen, Moderna – 0
Vaccination was carried out by 841 mobile immunization teams, 2,878 vaccination points and 335 vaccination centers.
During the last 24 hours, there have been hospitalized 2,175 persons, 105 patients died, 2,095 persons recovered. There have been conducted 82,243 testings (36,642 using the PCR method, 11,347 using the ELISA method and research by rapid tests for antigen to SARS-CoV-2 – 34,254).
