High-precision engineering. Problems and prospects of cooperation".

Oleg Uruskyi briefed the attendees on the changes taking place in the aircraft and space industries of Ukraine. He spoke about the goals and objectives, as well as the reasons for the establishment of the Ministry for Strategic Industries of Ukraine. In addition, Oleg Uruskyi reported on the results achieved by the Ministry during the year, in particular, in the process of reforming the domestic defense and aerospace industry.
"I would like to place an emphasis on one of the strategic directions of Ukraine's state policy is the development of the aircraft and space industries," the Deputy Prime Minister said. - Today in Ukraine the Strategy of the revival of domestic aircraft construction is actualized. The Government of Ukraine has approved the State Targeted Scientific and Technical Program for the Development of the Aviation Industry for 2021-2030, and approved the Concept of the National Targeted Scientific and Technical Space Program of Ukraine for 2021-2025. The project of the National target scientific and technical space program of Ukraine for 2021-2025 is developed. Together with the State Space Agency of Ukraine, work has begun on the corporatization of state-owned enterprises in the space industry."
The Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine also expressed confidence that the International Aviation Forum will become an annual platform for establishing and developing contacts between industrialists, promoting algorithms for mutually fruitful industrial cooperation in aerospace and high-precision engineering not only with Slovakia but also with other European countries.
It will be recalled that the organizers of the International Aviation Forum "Ukraine-Slovakia 2021: AEROSPACE. High-precision engineering. Problems and Prospects of Cooperation "were addressed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic, the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Ukraine, the Honorary Consulate of the Slovak Republic in Kharkiv, the NGO" Ukrainian-Slovak House", the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency SARIO.
Among the participants of the forum are the leadership of governmental institutions of Slovakia and Ukraine, representatives of enterprises and scientific and technical organizations interested in establishing sectoral cooperation.
The main issues raised for discussion are: identification of possible directions of bilateral industrial relations in the context of the European aerospace program, determination of a set of state support measures in the interests of stimulating industrial cooperation between Ukraine and Slovakia.
