Citizens can use the driver's electronic license in the mobile Diia (Action) app instead of passport for internal travel inside the country. This is an experimental project approved by the Government at its meeting today.

"We make travel more comfortable for Ukrainians.If a person forgets to take a passport during travel – it’s no longer a problem", Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk stressed.

 It should be recalled that presentation of the mobile app Diia (Action) and the national on-line platform "Diia" with the participation of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov and Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov will be held shortly.
