Civil service needs modern managers who possess advanced management tools, Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Olexandr Saienko wrote on his FB  page.

"Attention!  Selection for positions #NewCivilService- 42 vacant seats at once. As of today, the state service, as never before, requires professional and motivated employees capable of implementing  ambitious course of change amid today’s realities ", the Minister noted.

Olexandr Saienko stressed that since the beginning of the personnel recruitment only through career.gov.ua more than 25 thousand candidates filed application, of which only 470 candidates were selected.

"We are looking not only for those who have civil service experience, but also  for "young blood" . Numerous international experience  proves that the mixed teams are the most effective ones. We will be glad to see business managers, because they have modern working tools and experience needed amid competitive conditions ", the Minister emphasized.

Olexandr Saienko called on all the people concerned to submit applications for the positions.

"If you feel that you can contribute to the development of the country, do not hesitate, submit the documents! Do not be afraid of obstacles and tough conditions of the competition, because this is the key to the success of the future team which will be formed from the best players! ", Olexandr Saienko emphasized.
