Minister of Internal Affairs visited four regions - Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, Luhansk and Donetsk

The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Denys Monastryskyy announced the results of his visit to eastern Ukraine. He visited four regions - Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, Luhansk and Donetsk.

"Today, the heaviest fighting is taking place in the east of our country. Despite calls from the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy to declare a truce during the Easter holidays, the enemy launched unprecedented rocket attacks not only in the Donbas but also in other regions of Ukraine. It was especially cynical that the shells fired by the occupiers had the inscription "Christ is Risen", said Denis Monastyrskyy.

The Minister noted that at a time when peaceful Ukrainians are with their families on Easter, our law enforcement officers, rescuers, border guards and National Guards are defending our country at the forefront.

"It was during these days that I decided to support our Heroes, raise their fighting spirit and personally present state awards," said the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

The forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine "with a united front - a single fist" are destroying the enemy. The russian side refuses to take away the bodies of thousands of dead occupiers who remain after unsuccessful attempts to capture Donbas.

"It is touching to watch a father and son fight together for our state. It is a symbol of the Ukrainian people when generations unite against this russian invasion," Denys Monastyrskyy stressed.

In addition, the Minister thanked the international partners who provide the country with military support in the fight against the enemy and help our rescuers of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in demining the liberated territories.
