New industrial park “Staleva Kyivshchyna” included in the Register: Government decision

The Government has adopted a decision to include the new industrial park “Staleva Kyivshchyna” (Kyiv region) in the Register of Industrial (Manufacturing) Parks. The implementation of this project is expected to create approximately 400 new jobs in the manufacturing sector.

The concept of the Staleva Kyivshchyna industrial park is designed for 49 years and covers an area of almost 12 hectares in the Bila Tserkva community of Kyiv region. The key focus of the project is the development of a metalworking cluster with an investment of about UAH 3.5 billion. The initiator of the project, GRANDSTEEL LLC, plans to attract funding from various sources, including its own funds, state incentives, and investments from future participants and other entities.

The new park will host enterprises operating in the following priority areas:

Metal processing and coating;

Mechanical processing of metal products;

Forging, pressing, stamping, profiling;

Powder metallurgy;

Manufacture of metal structures and products for construction;

Manufacture of other finished metal products.

"We continue to expand Ukraine's investment map by creating conditions for the transition from raw material exports to deep processing. Staleva Kyivshchyna shall become a growth point for the region's industry. This is not only new revenue for the community budget, but also a real step towards the technological modernization of the industry. Our goal within the Made in Ukraine policy is for each such project to become a magnet for innovation and a guarantee of stable employment for Ukrainians," said Vitalii Kindrativ, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine.

State incentives for industrial parks are aimed at increasing the share of the manufacturing industry in GDP and enhancing the investment attractiveness of Ukrainian communities.
