New industrial park “ART PACK INDUSTRIAL” included in the register: Government decision

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to include the industrial park “ART PACK INDUSTRIAL” in the Register of Industrial (Manufacturing) Parks. The park was established for a period of 50 years on the territory of the Khmelnytskyi urban territorial community in Khmelnytskyi district, Khmelnytskyi region. The initiator is ART PACK INDUSTRIAL LLC.

The total area of the industrial park is 10.2198 hectares. The implementation of the ART PACK INDUSTRIAL project aims to create approximately 500 new jobs in the manufacturing industry. The initiator plans to attract more than UAH 400 million from various sources to develop the park.

According to the concept, the development of the park involves attracting the initiator's own investments, funds from the management company, state incentives, private financing, investments from future participants and other entities, as well as credit funds.

The ART PACK INDUSTRIAL park plans to host enterprises in the following areas:

• production of paper pulp, paper, and cardboard;
• manufacture of paper and cardboard products;
• production of corrugated paper and cardboard packaging;
• production of corrugated cardboard folding containers;
• production of other containers, bags, and packages made of paper;
• printing industry;
• alternative energy;
• scientific and technical activities;
• activities in the field of information and telecommunications.

The inclusion of ART PACK INDUSTRIAL in the register opens up new opportunities for the development of domestic production of paper products and packaging. The state supports such initiatives because they stimulate the transition from the export of raw materials to deep processing, which strengthens the region's economy and creates new jobs," said Vitalii Kindrativ, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine.

Background information

Currently, there are 115 facilities in the Register of Industrial Parks. Their number is growing systematically, indicating the interest of businesses and communities in creating modern production sites within the framework of the Made in Ukraine policy.
