Creation of hundreds of thousands new jobs and  formation of a powerful middle class that is people who work in Ukraine and receive decent wages is the solution to the problem of labor migration and the basis of economic development. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman. Today, on June 13, the Head of Government today is on a working visit to Rivne region. One of these agenda items is development of the industrial potential of the region. Within the framework of the visit  Volodymyr Groysman visited the T-Style company that is one of the largest domestic light industry producers. 1,150 people are employed at the company. The average salary of a seamstress makes up UAH 15.5 thousand and a tailor  UAH 22 thousand. According to the Prime Minister, such a motivation policy for the staff encapsulates positive effect because it contributes to the growth of quality and productivity, and thus increases the competitiveness of the final product.

"One of our common tasks is creation of hundreds of thousands of new jobs. Thus, creation of a powerful middle class that will demonstrate tangible results and can meet its needs", Volodymyr Groysman said.

 In this context, the Head of Government emphasized the importance of supporting a honest business. "During my each trip to the regions, I try to visit large and small businesses, to talk to the employees and leadership. I hear the problems, I see the ways to solve them. I am grateful to the heads of enterprises who work honestly and create conditions for fruitful work for their staff. We supported and will support such people and such enterprises", the Prime Minister underscored.
