National Cashback: payments due on November 29-30

Payments under the National Cashback programme for September are to be made on November 29-30. The state will transfer a total of over UAH 598 million to 3.8 million Ukrainians, accumulated for purchases of Ukrainian goods in September.

"The National Cashback is demonstrating significant demand from private consumers. In September, we had 3.8 million active users who consciously chose Ukrainian goods, and almost 2,000 domestic manufacturers who have already joined the programme. We are paying users a record-high UAH 598 million in cashback. Payments are being made with a slight delay due to the need to reallocate funds," said Andrii Teliupa, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture.

Payments for October are expected in the second half of December. Payments for November are scheduled for the end of December. Payments for December will be made as scheduled in February 2026 and then monthly at the end of the following month for the previous month.

Earlier, the media reported on the alleged termination of the National Cashback programme. This information is false and does not correspond to reality.

Meanwhile, in September, Ukrainians purchased locally produced goods included in the programme for more than UAH 5.9 billion. New companies have joined the National Cashback programme, and the total number of manufacturers and sellers participating in it has grown to over 1,870. The programme continues to expand, providing a simple and transparent incentive for Ukrainians to buy Ukrainian manufacted goods. The programme will continue to operate in 2026.

The funds received under the programme can be spent on utilities, medicines and books registered in the programme, as well as on postal services and charity. Soon, users will be free to spend their National Cashback on Ukrainian-made food products (except for excise goods).

What the programme offers

National Cashback returns 10% of the cost of Ukrainian-made goods to the buyer — that's about 400,000 items participating in the programme. Goods can be checked using the scanner in the Diia app or on the Made in Ukraine website. Purchases must be made in a store participating in the programme, paid for by card, and a fiscal receipt must be issued.

How to join the programme

To participate in the programme, buyers must register in the Diia app, select one of the 20 banks participating in the programme, and open a National Cashback card with that bank. When applying for the card, you must consent to the processing of transactions, and after opening the card, check in the Diia that the card has been selected correctly.

Sellers and manufacturers must submit an application to join the programme via the Diia portal.
