The civil service reform, development of e-services and centers for administrative services provision (CASP) are approaching a time when there will be no need for citizens to go to state bodies to solve problems. Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman announced during a Government sitting. One of the agenda items was further reforming the civil service and public administration towards transparency, mobility and sustainability of procedures.

The Head of Government recalled that the first transparent CASP was in Vinnytsia in 2008. And  nearly 800 CASPs were established throughout the whole country due primarily to the government's reform of the civil service and the decentralization reform, which has become one of the most successful in the state.

The Prime Minister stressed that at present there are 118 online services and added that the time will come when a citizen will avoid bureaucratism.
