The common goal of the whole international community is to make the aggressor country respect international law, to abandon its aggressive actions, to force it to return to its borders, to return captured Ukrainian sailors and Ukrainian ships to Ukraine. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman during a joint press conference with Prime Minister of Norway Erna Solberg. The Heads of Government summed up the talks held today in Oslo during the visit of Volodymyr Groysman to Norway.
"We have had fruitful negotiations and touched upon all spheres of cooperation. We have a high level of political dialogue, and last year we also commended improvement of economic ties. We discussed Russian aggression, and I stressed that it is necessary to force the aggressor to respect international law and to halt its aggressive actions, " Volodymyr Groysman said.
In turn, the Prime Minister of Norway emphasized that the two countries have significantly intensified cooperation since 2014. "And since then, we are always condemning the occupation of part of the territory of Ukraine. And we are keeping a close eye on the situation in the Sea of Azov," Erna Solberg claimed.
