In cooperation with the Main Investigation Department of the National Police of Ukraine and the Secretariat of the Commissioner for Missing Persons in Special Circumstances, the International Commission on Missing Persons (ICMP) plans to conduct a campaign to collect reference (DNA) samples during the summer of 2024 in Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, France, Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands.

If you have a person in your family who went missing in connection with the military aggression of the russian federation in Ukraine, you can provide your reference (DNA) samples to the ICMP.
