A tripartite memorandum on cooperation and interaction was signed between the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Limited Liability Company YouControl.

Within the framework of this memorandum, the parties agreed to make joint efforts to increase the effectiveness of coordination of volunteers, in particular through the People for Ukraine platform. The platform, first of all, unites the efforts of volunteers working to meet the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As well as volunteers who work together to provide basic necessities for internally displaced persons and people in cities where hostilities are taking place and the delivery of humanitarian aid is complicated.

"Our cooperation will provide an opportunity to expand the number of volunteers working with humanitarian aid, as well as increase the ability to deliver humanitarian goods to regions of Ukraine, where logistics is currently complicated and there occurs high risk to human life," said First Deputy Minister of Social Policy Yevhen Kotyk.

"The Ministry of Defense unequivocally supported the initiative to create a platform and cooperation with the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine. The platform has a number of advantages: first, the platform allows to significantly reduce the burden on our logistics, which can now focus on the highest priority offers of assistance, in particular helmets, body armor, personal protective equipment, including chemicals," said Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine on digital development, digital transformations and digitalization Oleh Haiduk.

"Right now, mutual aid is literally saving lives. Therefore, we are glad to join the initiative of the Ministry of Social Policy to quickly synchronize those who need help and those who can provide assistance. This will significantly speed up the processing of assistance, which is the highest priority for the civilian population," said Natalia Chornohub, GR Manager of YouControl.
