A Coordination Platform will be established at the level of the governments of Ukraine and Poland with an aim to help determine the priority areas of cooperation and the necessary financial instruments in the online mode, in particular, additional funds. This will help enterprises, as well as intergovernmental organizations, to more effectively attract resources, including for the recovery of Ukraine.
The decision was made during the Eighth meeting of the Ukrainian-Polish Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation.
"Today we have a unique chance to build a strong alliance of two great nations – the Ukrainians and the Poles. Since the first days of the large-scale russian invasion, we have been fighting side by side on all fronts: military, economic, humanitarian. We have proven to the world that we are capable of uniting," commented Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine - Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk.
Iryna Vereshchuk added that the coordinators of this platform had already been determined and it would be launched as soon as possible.
