Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories transfers another UAH 129 million to compensate for accommodation of IDPs

Funds in the amount of more than UAH 129.1 million have been transferred to regional budgets. They are aimed at covering the costs of utilities consumed by facilities that provided free accommodation to internally displaced persons in October-December 2023.
These are municipal institutions, state educational institutions funded from local budgets, and shared ownership institutions of territorial communities managed by regional and district councils.
The funds were allocated by the Government from the reserve fund of the state budget. In accordance with the relevant order, the Ministry directed them to local budgets to pay compensation to facilities that sheltered IDPs.
