  • Ministry of Finance: During the martial law within the State Program "Affordable Loans at 5-7-9%" there have been issued 8,603 soft loans to the tune of UAH 33.43 billion

    Last week, 949 soft loans totaling UAH 5.14 billion were issued within the framework of the State Program "Affordable Loans at 5-7-9%".

    Since the start of the Program, as of June 6, 2022, business entities have received 43,425 loans from authorized banks for a total amount of UAH 123.05 billion.

    During the period of martial law in Ukraine under the State Program "Affordable Loans at 5-7-9%" there were concluded 8,603 loan agreements totaling UAH 33.43 billion (including by public sector banks - 6,783 loan agreements amounting to 19, UAH 57 billion), of which:

    - UAH 0.28 bn – for investment purposes;

    - UAH 3.50 bn – as anti-crisis loans;

    - UAH 2.47 bn – as refinancing of previously obtained credits;

    - UAH 19.20 bn – loans for agricultural producers;

    - UAH 7.96 bn – anti-military purposes.

    The program is implemented by the Entrepreneurship Development Fund (EDF). The only participant of the EDF is the Government of Ukraine, represented by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, which coordinates all aspects of the Fund's activities.

    To date, the EDF has concluded cooperation agreements with 42 banks under the State Program "Affordable Loans at 5-7-9%".
