In September 2025, the Ministry of Finance ensured the transfer of UAH 16 billion in interbudgetary transfers to the general fund of local budgets, fully meeting (100%) the planned allocations for September from the State Budget. This includes:
- Basic subsidy: UAH 2.1 billion (100%);
- Additional subsidies: UAH 1.5 billion (100%).
As of October 1, 2025, the balances in the accounts of local budgets and budgetary institutions for both general and special funds amounted to UAH 173.7 billion, with an increase of UAH 53.1 billion compared to the beginning of 2025.
These resources enable local self-government bodies to continue funding priority needs at the local level.
