As of February 1, 2023, the Ukraine Energy Support Fund received EUR 144.366 million. The donors were Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, Austria, Denmark, the European Commission, KfW, ERRA, and REKK.
Of these funds, EUR 108 million has been disbursed to date to purchase energy equipment, fuel, and services to meet the critical needs of Ukrainian energy companies.

The Ukraine Energy Support Fund was established in April 2022 by the Energy Community Secretariat at the request of the European Commission and in coordination with the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine. The Fund enables governments, international financial institutions and private donors to provide emergency support to the Ukrainian energy sector. The Fund is managed by the Energy Community Secretariat. Procurement is conducted by an independent procurement agent, Tetra Tech ES Inc., as the implementing agent of the USAID Energy Security Project in Ukraine, under transparent and fast-track procedures.
