In a key step towards changing Ukraine’s economic landscape, the Ministry of Economy invites international and domestic businesses to discover project opportunities and discuss reforms through the Ukrainian Business Compact (UBC).

Launched in 2023, the UBC has quickly grown into a global network of more than 650 companies committed to supporting Ukraine’s recovery. To build on this momentum, the Ministry of Economy will hold a series of seminars and working groups with businesses to explore promising investment projects and build strong international partnerships. The working groups will also provide an opportunity for entrepreneurs to express their views on how to remove barriers to investment and improve the ease of doing business in Ukraine.

This initiative is at the heart of the Ministry of Economy’s vision to put the private sector at the centre of reforms and economic growth in Ukraine.

“We are committed to creating a favourable environment for business to thrive and invest in Ukraine. Through UBC, we are building bridges between Ukrainian businesses and global investors, moving our economy forward,” said Yuliia Svyrydenko, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Ukraine.

“The UBC is not just another series of discussions, its goal is to start the path of economic transformation and partnership building for Ukraine and our international partners,” said Deputy Minister of Economy Volodymyr Kuzio.

Businesses wishing to participate should join the UBC by registering at https://ubc.globalcompact.org.ua/. They will be asked to complete a short survey, the answers to which will be presented and will serve as a starting point for discussion at the first seminar.
