The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, with the support of the Kyiv School of Economics, announces a call for investment projects in key sectors of the Ukrainian economy. The results will be used to create a catalogue of the most promising projects to be presented at the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 in Rome.

“Last year, at the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Berlin, we presented the Investment Guide, a detailed overview of the key sectors and most promising projects of the Ukrainian economy. This year’s Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 will bring together an even wider range of participants: international investors, businesses, governments and financial institutions. Our task is to help Ukrainian companies become visible, establish partnerships and obtain the necessary financing. To this end, we are updating the list of projects to put Ukrainian businesses on the radar of the world’s leading investors,” said Oleksii Sobolev, First Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine.

According to him, the combination of strong international support, EU accession prospects and global economic trends create an optimal environment for investment in Ukraine. For its part, the reconstruction needs, backed by significant financial support, offer significant opportunities for investors.

Some of the companies with the most detailed and promising investment projects will have the opportunity to present them at the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025. The collected investment projects will also be presented on the Investment Portal.

After the conference, the database of projects will be used to identify funding priorities for international financial organisations and development financial institutions.

The Kyiv School of Economics will coordinate the work with businesses. The proposals will be processed in partnership with leading consulting companies. The final list of projects is expected to be formed by mid-June 2025.
