The Ministry of Economy has updated its catalogue of industrial parks, a tool for finding locations with infrastructure, favourable conditions and business opportunities. This catalogue will help companies find partners, locate their production facilities and attract new investment.

    What the catalogue offers.

The catalogue contains all the information you need to choose the best location for your business:

Specialisation of industrial parks - from mechanical engineering to light industry.

Infrastructure - information on the availability of communications, transport interchanges and connections.

Benefits and incentives - information on tax and investment benefits for residents.

Location and area - detailed description of each location with maps.

The Government is extensively investing in the creation of modern industrial parks, helping businesses build the necessary infrastructure to launch production. This helps to attract investors, create new jobs and promote economic growth under the Made in Ukraine state programme to stimulate the development of industrial parks.

Despite russia's armed aggression, Ukraine continues to develop industrial parks to meet the growing demand for modern production infrastructure. This demand is generated by both Ukrainian enterprises and international investors.

Statistics confirm the effectiveness of industrial parks: 1 hectare of park creates 50 new jobs, while USD 1 of public investment attracts USD 6 of private investment.

"Despite all the challenges, Ukraine is creating favourable conditions for investors. We have already registered 100 industrial parks in different regions. 13 applicants have received funding on escrow accounts in the amount of UAH 925.05 million. The participants of the industrial parks have the opportunity to take advantage of the following benefits: VAT exemption on equipment imports, 10-year income tax exemption subject to reinvestment, as well as reduced rates for land and real estate,’ said Yuliia Svyrydenko, First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine and Minister of Economy of Ukraine.
