Ministry of Economy: Last week, entrepreneurs received affordable loans to the tune of almost UAH 4 billion

Last week, businesses received UAH 3.9 billion in loans under the Affordable Loans 5-7-9% program. During the week, banks concluded 928 loan agreements.

Since the beginning of the program, 42,476 loans totaling UAH 117.9 billion have been issued to entrepreneurs. Among them: as anti-crisis loans - UAH 58.5 billion, for refinancing of previously received loans - UAH 26.4 billion, for investment purposes - UAH 10.3 billion, for anti-war purposes - UAH 5.6 billion. In addition, farmers received more than UAH 17 billion in loans to support their activities.

"Since May, we have a record request for soft loans from businesses under the state program 5-7-9% - weekly loans of about UAH 4 billion. This testifies to the desire of entrepreneurs to resume or continue their activities as soon as possible, and the Government actively supports them in this by constantly expanding and simplifying the conditions of using the program," said Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Oleksandr Hryban.
