The Government approved the Draft Law of Ukraine “On Ratification of the Framework Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Austria on Economic Cooperation in Project Development”. This decision was made at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on November 4.
The draft law provides for the ratification of the Framework Agreement on Economic Cooperation signed by representatives of the Governments of both states on September 4, 2022, in Krakow.
“The adoption of the Law will create legal grounds for the entry into force of the Framework Agreement which will facilitate economic cooperation with the Government of the Republic of Austria in the development of priority projects. In particular, the hospital “Okhmatdyt” and a university clinic in Kyiv, the National Rehabilitation Center in Lviv,” said First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yuliia Svyrydenko.
According to the Government, this involves resources of more than EUR 600 million. In particular, the following is planned:
