Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, posted 07 March 2022 15:39

Mobile operators Kyivstar, Vodafone Ukraine and lifecell together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, the National Commission for State Regulation in the Fields of Electronic Communications, Radio Frequency Spectrum and Provision of Postal Services announce the launch of national roaming in Ukraine.

Now, if your mobile operator’s network is unavailable, you can switch to another mobile network.

How to connect to another operator's network:

- disable auto-selection of the Android network (settings - mobile network (or connection) - iOS operator: settings - cellular data - network selection);

- find and select an available network (Vodafone UA, UA-Kyivstar or lifecell);

- if registration failed, try again or select another network;

- check the possibility of passing a call, SMS.

Tariffing is saved according to the tariff plan of your operator.

Important: Try to return to your operator's network once a day. Manually or by enabling auto-select network.

Connecting national roaming involves a significant load on the network of operators. Therefore, it may affect the quality of some services.

National roaming will be activated in the combat zone (Kharkiv, Kherson, Sumy, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv regions), then in Chernihiv, Zhytomyr, Cherkasy and Vinnytsia regions and later throughout Ukraine.

We do our best to keep Ukrainians in touch with their relatives.

Let's win together!
