As of 20:00 on the Dnipro River at the Kherson stream alignment, the water level is gradually decreasing and is at 3.6 m (down 50 cm since the beginning of the day; down from the maximum level of 177 cm). At the Kakhovka Reservoir, the water level at the Nikopol stream alignment has dropped by 7.67 metres since the accident.
Thirty-two settlements (3,801 houses, a decrease of 20 houses) on the right bank of the Dnipro River and 14 settlements (located on the temporarily occupied territory) remain flooded.
In total, about 2,000 people and more than 260 pieces of equipment were involved in the relief efforts (including 839 people from the National Police, 388 people and 81 pieces of equipment from local authorities and charitable organisations, and 13 people and 5 pieces of equipment from the Emergency Medical Service).
The State Emergency Service involved 760 people and 174 pieces of equipment, including 47 watercraft (including 5 consolidated SES units). A mobile operational group of the SESU and all-terrain vehicles (5 units of Bogun snowmobiles) are located in Kherson.
The Emergency Response Headquarters is directly coordinating the work, deploying forces and means, and carrying out evacuation measures.
The SES units carried out evacuation activities, using loudspeaker warnings, and the construction of barriers. 702 people were rescued (including 30 children and 40 people with reduced mobility). Psychological assistance was provided to 371 people. Since the start of work on the 101 and 112 lines, we have received 1,034 calls from citizens, all of which have been resolved.
