The Government has presented Parliament with a report on preparations for the autumn–winter period and the progress of implementation of Resilience Plans, Prime Minister Sergii Koretskyi announced.

“Today our Cabinet of Ministers took part for the first time in the Question Hour for the Government. The main topic was the report on preparations for the autumn–winter period and the progress of Resilience Plans implementation. I am grateful to Members of Parliament for supporting a number of important bills for the state during this plenary week,” the Prime Minister emphasized.

In particular, lawmakers adopted decisions on financing higher education, medical care, rehabilitation and prosthetics for servicemen and veterans. They strengthened social guarantees for families raising children with disabilities. Progress was also made on the new Customs Code, the use of land for defense needs, and governance in the cultural sphere.

Sergii Koretskyi stressed that the Government values constructive cooperation with Parliament and counts on continued coordinated work: “In the near future we expect consideration of several other important draft laws.”

According to him, a special priority is the adoption of legislation necessary to secure macro-financial assistance from international partners.

“Ministers responsible for each area must ensure proper communication and cooperation with the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine,” the Prime Minister underlined.
