Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko wrote on his Telegram channel about the number of candidates who have registered for the admission exams, as well as about the educational and living conditions of lyceum students.
Last week, the acceptance of documents ended. The admission exams have begun. In Vinnytsia alone, more than 90 candidates from different regions of Ukraine, including the frontline, have registered for the admission exams in the Ukrainian language, history and physical training.
These are primarily the children of fallen, wounded, missing, and captured personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Armed Forces.
“In total, up to 500 children will study at 5 lyceums in Kyiv, Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Vinnytsia and Ivano-Frankivsk,” the Minister stressed.
The Minister also inspected the learning and living conditions. There is modern educational equipment, interactive zones, dormitories, and safe shelter.
In two weeks, the applicants who successfully pass the exams will move in for a permanent stay.
“The most important thing for us is to support and provide quality education to the children of our heroes,” said Ihor Klymenko.
