Grants for electricity for businesses— Government expands Vlasna Sprava program

Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, posted 26 January 2026 11:31

Entrepreneurs will be eligible to receive funds for generators and charging stations to continue working and providing services to Ukrainians even during power outages and blackouts. The Government is launching grant assistance as part of the Vlasna Sprava (Own Business) program.

The state will provide one-time financial assistance, which can be used exclusively to ensure backup or autonomous power supply:
• purchase of generators, batteries, inverters;
• rental or leasing of such equipment;
• its installation and maintenance.

The funds have a clear purpose — to enable businesses to operate even when the power goes out.

Who is eligible for support?

The assistance is targeted and directed where it is truly critical. It will be available to sole proprietors:
- in the 2nd and 3rd groups of the single tax;
- working in the areas of basic goods and services — shops, pharmacies, services, workshops, etc.

The amount of assistance depends on the number of employees. The logic is simple: the more jobs, the more support:
• 1 employee — UAH 7,500
• 2 — UAH 9,000
• 3 — UAH 10,500
• 4 — UAH 12,000
• 5 — UAH 13,500
• 6+ — UAH 15,000

The service of applying for a grant will shortly be available on the Diia portal. Stay tuned for updates.
