According to the results of the concession competition, the Risoil-Kherson LLC was announced as a winner.

The company won a concession tender for property complex of the SE Kherson Sea Commercial Port by offering the best conditions.

"The concession will allow leveraging investments not only in the port, but also in local infrastructure," Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk commented.

The application, in particular, envisages a high variable concession payment rate (7%), a fixed concession payment amounting to UAH 12 million, and investment commitments – almost UAH 300 million.

On Sept. 12, 2019, the Ministry of Infrastructure announced tenders for the concession of the property and SE Kherson Sea Commercial Port.
