German Galushchenko: Ukraine will become one of the largest European energy hubs

Ukraine is Europe! And Ukrainian energy is an integral part of the energy system of the European continent.

We are connected by gas and oil pipelines, electricity grids and common goals of energy transition.

Our future lies in the full integration of the Ukrainian and European energy markets and the strengthening of the continent’s energy security by increasing the resilience of the energy system and achieving climate neutrality goals.

“Ukraine will become one of the largest energy hubs in Europe. This is our goal and we are confidently pursuing this path with the support and solidarity of our European partners. The synchronisation of the Ukrainian power system with the European ENTSO-E under the extremely difficult conditions of war is proof of our commitment to common goals and common benchmarks,” said Minister of Energy of Ukraine German Galushchenko.

Thanks to the support of European countries, Ukraine is confidently holding the energy front in the fight against the russian occupiers.
