German Galushchenko: On March 20, electricity generation continues to fully meet the needs of consumers

According to Minister of Energy of Ukraine German Galushchenko, the generation facilities have the necessary capacity to fully meet the needs of electricity consumers across the country. A number of scheduled repairs have been completed at thermal power plants, which has increased the available capacity reserves.

In Zhytomyr and Kyiv regions, there may be power supply restrictions due to repairs of the grid infrastructure.

In recent days, electricity supply has been restored to about 15,000 customers in Donetsk region in the areas affected by russia’s shelling.
