Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman urges Ukrainians not to panic in connection with the imposition of martial law in 10 regions, but to stay in the daily routine they are used to. He made this statement at the opening of the Government sitting.

"I understand that it is hard to perceive Parliament's decision. I understand what people feel. But I want to emphasize, all decisions made are a response to the aggressive and unprecedented actions taken by the Russian armed forces against Ukrainian sailors. Everyone saw this cynical video, which described the situation", the Prime Minister stressed.

He recalled that the security and defense sector, the security of the military personnel and their social protection have always been overriding priorities.

"At present, we are all working to mobilize the world and return our sailors. For almost five years we live in conditions of Russia's aggression, thus we have to be strong and stable. The Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Government, and local authorities will do their utmost to raise the level of security and defense within the country. Ukrainians, you should live an ordinary life - work, study, give birth to children. But you must always be ready to repel aggression. It is important for us to be strong economically and financially sound", the Head of Government underscored.
